USA Visa Requirements

A. DS-160 Application form . We will help fill this.

B. Original passport: A signed national passport or official travel document issued less than 10 years ago, valid for at least 3 months beyond the validity of the requested visa; The passport must contain two blank ‘visa’ pages; The passport must be undamaged; Copies of your previous visas are required.

C. Passport-type photograph: 2 recent (not older than 3 months), 5 cm x 5cm

D. Original previous passports If you are in possession of one or more previous passports, those must be presented along with copies of your previous visas.

E. Original British Residence permit: Your British residence permit (stamped in a passport or in the form of a biometric card) must also exceed by more than 3 months the validity of the requested visa.

F. Employment Letter: An original letter from your employer/school (on business letterhead, with contact details), manually signed, dated up to day and stating that a leave of absence has been granted and that you will be returning to your current job and last 3 months salary slips. The Employment Letter must be addressed to USA High Commission If you are self-employed, accountant letter and last 3 years tax returns. If you are retired please submit proof of your retirement fund.

G. If Student :Then original letter from the college dated less than 1 month old.

H. Hotel reservation.

I. Bank statements:Original or copy of original three months bank statements, including the current month. They need to include the full address and name of the applicant, bank transactions and salary. The bank statement should be stamped by the issuing bank.
