• When people do visas through us and we input their data into our system and the embassy they are applying to.
• When clients ask us to send an email with the details and provide us with their email ID
• When clients give their contact details and email id while booking the appointment.
• When clients contact us through our website.
• When clients contact us through google ads.
• When clients send us their postal address to post their documents back

What type of information is collected from you?

We collect following information related to individuals and sponsors / third parties.

In case , where client want us to do tickets, we send the passport copies to a company who we have a tie up to do the tickets. Clients are informed about the same.

We don’t hold any card information when you make a payment via Phone.

Visas R US, Facebook Group and Facebook Pages are managed by the respective service providers. Visas R US do not hold or process those data except publishing events and promotions restricted to the subscribers of those groups/pages for consumption.

How is your information used?

We will use the personal information that we have retained during following occasions

• Send you communication about various events, schemes, discounts and related promotions
• Send you communication when your passport is ready.
• Send you communication in case any additional documents are required.
• Send it to our ticketing agent for any tickets required by the clients for the purpose of the visa.
• Retain the information for the clients who have done visa thru us previously and want to avail our services again.
• Send your passports back once visa is ready.

We review our retention periods for personal information on a regular basis. We are legally required to hold some types of information to fulfil our statutory obligations We will hold your personal information on our systems for as long as is necessary for the relevant activity, or as long as is set out in any relevant contract you hold with us.

Who has access to your information?

We will not share your information to any other organisations, sponsors or third parties. Your information access is limited to Visas R US. Only on certain occasion where clients want us to do tickets , we will be sending passport copy to our well known ticketing agent with the client consent.

We are also not responsible for the custody or safeguarding privacy of personal information collected by Embassy or their outsourced agencies or any other means of communication you have used to reach us.

Also, if you access our website through a third party website, we cannot be held responsible for the privacy policies and practices of other websites and recommend that you check the policy of that third party website.
